Having the baby

Lilian Andrea was born Saturday November 27th, she weighed 3kilos and was 51cm long. I had gone in that morning around 9am and was given a very small dose of patosin and sent home. By noon I was admitted to the hospital and she was born at 245. She came fast and I was so glad and ready for her. To be honest my whole labor and delivery process was so much closer to what I wanted with the other two. Issac was allowed by my side the whole time and every one attended to what I asked for as far as when I was ready for different things. Heres some pics.

  7. Amanda!
Congrats on your beautiful baby girl! I love the name! Thanks for posting on my blog. The trip was amazing and I fell in love with the people. If my team leaders had let me, I'd still be living up in a little mountain village in Chiapas. But the Lord isn't on the same time table we are.

The food was not enjoyable for me at all the last 2 weeks. I had giardia I think and everything I ate made me physically hurt. I never threw up but my insides felt raw. It's weird 'cause I was careful about drinking the water but I did eat the food in the jungle that wasn't from a restaraunt and our water filters weren't always the most reliable. I also swam in a river so I can see how I got sick :) Have you gotten uber sick from the food or water?

Praying for you and your family! Cuidate...

  8. Congratulations Amanda to you and your family! I'm happy to hear everything went smoothly during your delivery. I found your blog about 6 months ago and it's given me an idea of what it's going to be like to live there. If everything goes as planned, my fiance and I (and my 2 kids) will be moving to Mexico at the end of next year.
